The Ampulla Region Seeks Neighbors
We are new to the game, but are also here for the long-haul. We are seeking like-minded nations who wished to be dropped off in our little Conservative Corner of Right-Wing Utopia. In the next week or so (assuming 10 or more nations unite with us) we will have our own forum, blog, and web community. Please consider joining with us.

Who We Are...
The Ampulla
World Factbook Entry: The Ampulla is named after the portion of the fallopian tube where most human fertilization takes place. It is so named because the people of the region believe that the human race is most fertile (grows and advances) when respecting that man is inferior to God. In addition to a reverence to God, it is their belief that man prospers most when given nothing more than opportunity; thus giving everyone the opportunity for great wealth is more charitable than providing everyone with a specific level of automatic "minimums."

-- In other words we are God fearing capitalists. We believe that it is the responsibility of the citizens of a nation to care for themselves and for one another. This responsibility does not not belong to the government nor should it be handed over to the government. The government officials of our nations are not smart enough to fix the problems of all of their citizens, no -- they are only smart enough to know that they cannot do that. So why pretend to be a nation's Saviour while robbing its citizens of their monies and freedoms?
Put simply we do recognize the need for government (as anarchy is not the way), but we also realize that with power comes corruption. Armed with these two inescapable truths we seek to reduce the latter by limiting the former.
We believe in the concept of "Teaching a man to fish" and not in "Giving a man a fish." We do so not because we are heartless or without compassion, but because we believe that there is more compassion in giving a man an opportunity to achieve great things than there is in handing that same man "enough to survive."

Who We AreN'T...
We are NOT your Mommy and Daddy.
We are NOT your abused step child.
We are NOT a formal defense alliance.
We are NOT a welfare program.
We are NOT a United Nations (there are no restrictions on UN nations moving into our region, but please do not get us involved in their corrupt politics) community.
We are NOT a group that wants to dictate how you run YOUR (no "one world government" for us... hence our stance on the UN) country.
We are NOT much more than like-minded people who believe that governments are most effective when they remain removed from the private sector, family life, religion, charity, social welfare, and pretty much everything else.

To clearly define who we are in as few words as possible, we would say:
We are a group of people that the "open-minded" see as greedy, heartless hate-mongers who wants everyone who doesn't agree with them to go to hell. We would counter by asking how open the minds of the "open-minded" truly are. We believe that dismissing the possibility of God, heaven, and the compassion of people to care for one another without the government forcing it to take place are rather close-minded viewpoints on their own.
