I've always wondered: if a founder bars UN delegate access to regional control, and the founder is deleted due to inactivity, what happens to regional control? Does the delegate get it back or does regional control die with the founder?
Thank you for any responses.:)

Good question. I was wondering about that too, quite recently.
Apparently, according to some weird loophole, control of the regional controls goes directly to *me*.
I don't know why. It's just one of those flukes of the universe, I guess.
;)
If the Founder dies, the Delegate regains access to the Regional Controls.

Thank you for the responses. :) So the delegate gets control back when the founder passes on.

The delegate also gets access to regional control if the founder leaves the region.
