French, English and Wymgani (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Wymgani_%28language%29).
Amarenthe

Amarenthian English, Irish Gaelic, and Pacitalian. (Only the first is official. The latter should be official, actually, since it's the "official" language of one province. The last is become more commonly spoken, or at least grasped, in urban areas and those closest to the border.)

Gretzkian, which is the exact same as English with a few minor exceptions. What English speakers call a "watch" we call a "ticker." It's kind of like the difference between American English and British English.
It's a far cry better than the horrendous language we used to speak that had eight alphabets and over 5,000 unique single-word characters. Basically, our people visited Japan and said, "That language is far too easy."
We also have a few native Japanese speakers as well as two provinces that speak fluent Gibberish.

English and Siapian are the official languages.
Irish Gaelic, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Austrian, and Italian are not uncommon.
Vetalian, of course. It sounds like a cross between German and Russian with a Cyrillic alphabet.

Harlesburger is something i created mostly from spelling mistakes from when i was in primary school, and later looked over but it has been classed up a bit.

well, they have kinda since all legal texts are in English, su?
True, but the U.S. doesn't legally recognize a language to be the official language. There is a difference. Frankly, I prefer it that way, because that prevent favoritism. Hence why my fictional nation does the same with its languages.

Saluton,
Hello,
English is spoken internally, Esperanto is used in international relations.
Our media has sub-titles in the language not being spoken, newspapers have English on one half of the page, Esperanto on the other.
Both are taught in school so people are bilingual early on.
However, a creole is being used more and more often, using words and phrases from both languages, combined.
