When I first came here, the instructions on the FAQ said I can not wage wars against other countries. However, I heard that you can declare wars on other nations. How do I do it?

To have have a war with some one on nationstates its all roleplayed , if you just joined nationstates for being able to make a nation and go around fighting people it'll be hard . most wars needs a hell of alot of roleplay and it takes alot of time .

I play mainly in Future Tech as a nation of space explorers but I do keep a modern tech nation to do NSUN stuff. Past Tech is also quite fertile ground as well if you want a war.
If you want a war then the quickest way is to out up an OOC interest thread in International Incidents. I would suggest a small war for now with a nation of a similar size of population rather than take on someone like the Kraven Corporation :) .
Also bear in mind thats its not always a disaster if you lose a war but in RP's you never can tell. Just let the story develop naturally and see what happens.
