How does one be a dictator in the UN? Seems as if you'd have to give your nation all these freedoms that defeats the purpose of a dictatorship. Or are there enough dictators in the UN to make a happy medium?

It's quite easy. Many UN members are dictatorships.
Also, just because you're a dictator doesn't mean you can't give your citizens civil rights. The UN hasn't done much for Political Freedoms.

I see myself as an excellent example. Even though I'm not in the UN of course, but I have a rather liberal Civil Rights granted with zip Political Freedom.
HA! Your civil rights rating may be "excellent" but you're still a facist government(aka father knows best state). I on the other hand, can claim to have a libertarian society without political freedom.
