Stats
Is the a place on the website that offers specific stats such as how many countries fall under a certain classification, and how many countries have a certain law in place?

No stats as such on THIS website, but there are economic ones on NSEconomy (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php) and there are some other stuff on the NSWiki (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) that may have more info about countries laws.
I was leaning towards gameplay stats. How many Left-Wing Utopias are there in comparisson to Anarchys ect.
The nswiki does (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/UN_Category)(though it's anything but conclusive), and this forum might, but the site itself doesn't.
Although, sometimes the UN rankings go by the 3 major variables(only one at a time), and you can somewhat count that if you wanted. Though It mixes things like anarchy and tyranny by majority(when it's political freedoms) or psychotic dictatorship and liberal democratic socialists(when it's free market economies).

The large graphic, as you can see on the right, also measures the frequency of the given classifications. However, it's older than any of the extant surveys.
