Just a quick question:
The Industrial Collective has become a major arms manufacturer, and because of this recent activity, my Exports have just taken over my Imports, and I'm fast working out of my trade deficit.
But... one question. These guns have to get sold to someone, right? So do I have any control over this? Surely in the real world, I could sell my arms to whomever I chose, but do I have this option here in NS?
