I'm new here, and have a couple of questions.

1) Some nations land area includes real landmasses, like claims in Africa, or the same area as real life Germany, etc. Can you make up your own cities or do you have to use the real ones? (When I increase in isze my area is the US east coast and Portugal)

2) About how long does it take (on average) to reach 1 billion people?
