Hello all. Really shoulda come on this sooner, been on NS for ages.

So, my question is, after my population exceeds 500 million i can change my nation's title. Do I now lose the ability to change its name (like Penal Countries) or is there some other way to change this bit?

I'm really not sure exactly what you're asking, but here goes.

Your nation name cannot be changed. Period.

The only thing you can change is the pre-title, which is allowed after your nation reaches the 500 million population mark.

For example:

The "Modified Acceleration Engine" (can be changed) of "HotRodia" (cannot ever be changed).
