Geological Surveyors Discover a New Continent
Free Press: November 8, 2006

NEW PORTSMUTH, GULDARIA - Researchers were baffled today to explain how, after many years of global circumnavigation and satellite graphics imaging, an entirely new continent has appeared in the sub-equatorial Atlantic Ocean.

Geologists surmise that large tectonic shifts, volcanic, and seismic activity in the region may have been related to the formation of Djinohsis, the new continent, though none are capable of explaining how a continent teeming with local flora and fauna could go unnoticed for many centuries.

In exploring this new region, linguists and sociologists have encountered its native people, living in a loosely-knit community they call Guldaria. The people are technologically advanced, and focused on the preservation of equality among all the members of their community. They do not seem to be largely protective of property, believing that life and all things in it can be experienced best when shared. Because of this, they welcome all to their land.

So, if you find yourself tiring of the world at large, and seeking a change, consider Djinohsis, the land undiscovered, for your future home. With a welcoming local population, and the possibility of exploration and commerce, Djinohsis is positioned to be one of the most politically active regions in the world in the years to come.

I believe this is a regional ad for a RP region, not an actual RP.

Erastide is correct. We simply feel that the best way to attract worthy candidates to join is to demonstrate the expected level of commitment. Thank you, Erastide, for clearing that up!

After receiving some notes, I would like to clarify:

The previous 'press release' regarding the discovery of a new island was a complete work of fiction, and is in no way related to the actual discovery of a small island in the Pacific referenced here:

I apologize if this has caused any inconvenience!
