I am the UN delegate of Iran. Well, not true, I run the nation which used to be delegate. Basically here's my problem, Islamic Balkans Empire has gone on a tyranical imperialistic campaign and has invaded an allied region. My region, was a very strong power in the islamic NS world up until a few weeks ago and we're still respected, i thought Iran's influence would be enough to deter IBE's invasions. I...apparently was wrong. I've had no success in building an army and the war has amounted to nothing more than an annoying mud slinging contest on The Arab League's RMB. I need to stage an invasion into IBE, which I cant do until i have an army. How am i supposed to build an army?
