How dooes one go about electing a UN delegate for your region?

um... the person with the most endorsements becomes the delegate. it's that simple.

The UN delegate is the nation in the region with the most endorsements from other nations in that region.

If you want to 'elect' a nation as delegate, I guess you'd have to put it to the vote (for example on the Regional Messageboard) and then every UN nation in the region endorses the winner.

True, but if you have formal elections, you should probably create an offsite forum for that. The RMB isn't suitible for anything beyond chatting, and the occasional short-term announcement.
