I'm just playing for fun, so I thought I would advertise my region here.
If this idea is already out there, let me know.
I'm not looking for a real intense group of people, just people to bounce ideas off of. I'd like a group who wouldn't be immature and take over the region just for fun, but who would really just be kind and have fun. I guess by have fun I mean my kind of fun.
I'm just looking for like minded individuals. I wanna edit this nation so it becomes my utopia, and I want to have neighbors who share my ideals. Do you share my ideals? Interested? Read on.
Ok, first the short version, because it wouldn't let me post all this in the Factbook for my Region.

Dedicated to community. Provide a good or service for community, undesirable jobs are done by all.
Small communities, even distribution of power.
Unpeaceful not attacked, but refused help and refused trade.
No currency. Local produce trade.
Knowledge, power, goods, and services transported freely to all. Surplus stored. Perishable exported as gifts.
Religion free, no power over citizens, not separate communities.
Delinquent brought before entire community.

Now the extended version, if you're still interested. We can change stuff if you want, and I just wrote this out as I sit at my desk at work doing nothing productive.
A region dedicated to communalism. A nation following the ideals of communalism has members who are dedicated to the community, not themselves. Every member chooses what products or services they wish to provide for their community and the undesirable jobs are taken care of by all citizens. An open mind is highly valuable, as it allows for innovation and the ability to see every issue from every angle.
Communities are often small, as it limits the power of any individual community. Should one community in a nation decide they do not want peace, they will not be helped. Currently the policy is that other nations will not openly attack, but will instead refuse trade. The currency system is non-existent (if I can get the game to allow this) and all is produced locally. If a service or product is desired, members must work to provide it for themselves, but always keeping power balanced. No citizen has any more power than another.
Sharing is one of the principle ideals in the Communalism region. Knowledge, power, goods, and services are transported freely to those who have need, or even want. Any surplus will be stored, unless it is perishable, in which case it will be exported to another region as a gift, with the expressed intention that nothing is required or expected in return. We hope you make use of this gift, and we wish you well.
Religion is free to be practiced. Religions have no power over the citizens, and are not to be recognized communities in the community. This helps the over-all community to remain close knit and remain above religious belief differences. Here is where the open mind comes in to play. Every member of the community is free to act how they wish, as long as their contribution to the society is not hindered, and other members, including their families, are not harmed or slighted. Drugs are allowed, but a member will be held accountable for any misconduct, a result of these or not.
When a member harms another member the entire community will be brought the issue. Every day the populous of a communalist nation will be show the issues of the day, a short explanation of the issue, and the decision to be made. (If the program allowed, we would let the members discuss the issues and it would affect how the nation reacts as a whole. Unfortunately this is impossible, and so the players will in fact be making the decisions.)
If this region grows, we can treat ourselves as one communalist nation, and allow it to fully practice all stated above. This will be edited as new knowledge and wisdom becomes recognized.
