Voting as a Delegate

I have some questions about voting on resolutions. Does my vote depend on my endo count at the time I cast my vote, or does it change after the vote as my endo count changes? And what happens to my vote if I lose the delegacy before it passes?

Delegate updates run before the UN updates do. This has the following effects:

Your endo count, at the time of update, is what is tallied for the Resolution at vote.
If you lose your Delegacy, your vote is reduced to 1, as per above.
Proposals that are in the queue can be knocked out of the queue and deleted if enough supporting Delegates lose their position.
