UN Delegates and Regional Founders

Can someone with a bit more knowledge than me explain how this concept exactly works? I have recently become the UN Delegate of a medium-sized region, and I find the UN Delegate has absolutely no control because the Founder has blocked my access to the Regional Control Page!

I would like to know a bit more about how can Founder and UN Delegate ''rule'' the region together, if one can expel the other from the region, and what ''power conflicts'' might occur between them.

And I would also like to know, WHY is there a rule that says that Founders can take away a UN Delegate's power in the region!? The Delegate is elected, the Founder is not!

A founder created the region. They are supreme rulers there (unless they break NS rules). They can ban any and all people for any or no reason from their region. They can choose to allow UN Delegates to have access to the regional controls, or they can choose to remove that ability, leaving a UN delegate as a figurehead only.

If you require more power than your founder affords you, create your own region.

A UN delegate with regional control power COULD eject the Founder, but as the Founder can remove the regional control power from the delegate and reenter his region at will, it's rather pointless.

Talk to your founder. If he wants co-rule, fine. If not, you either have to live with it or make your own region where you can do as you like.

This isn't a technical issue, it's a Gameplay issue. Moved.

Another reason for Founder control is to prevent abuse from people who create more than one UN nation and try to cheat to take control of a region. It is of course illegal to UN multi (for instance by creating nations to endorse yourself to take control of a medium-sized region). Of course, that's only if you don't want to get ejected and banned from the game.

Hint, hint.
