Is there an archive function for the regional that I am not seeing? In some active forums there so many posts, and sometimes it's worth going back more than 16 minutes:confused:

They scroll off after 10 posts. In some regions, that's 16 minutes - others, it might be 2 years. It's really just there for casual chatter.
If you want your region to have longer-lasting regional discussions, you can set up an offsite forum. Almost all of the big regions and many of the smaller ones already have their own forums. Look in the World Factbook entry in your region to see if someone has already created and posted one.

Or you could move to a region that already has a really stylin offsite forum, like, oh...I dunno...Antarctic Oasis (http://z11.invisionfree.com/Antarctic_Oasis/index.php?) perhaps. ;)
