Okay, I'm a Newbie.

I'm really confused about what's going on here (on the forums) can someone explane it?

Like: what timeframe is this?
what rules are there?
and anyother need to know stuff.

You can have your nation be in any timeframe you want: 10 years from now, a million years in the past, ten seconds ago, it's all fair game.

Rules are just basic forum rules, see the stickies at the top of the forums.

I can't think of anything else you *need* to know, but others may chime in.

You forgot one of the most important rules, Ceo: I don't want to catch anyone not drinking.

so I can create a nation from, say, 2030?

what limits are there on technologies?

None. Be considerate, don't say, "I have energy shields that block all of your attacks, but you don't!" And stick to your "tech level" MT(Modern Tech) FT(Future Tech) PT(Past tech) and I think there are a few more. It's all in the stickies.

It's cooperative roleplay. Technically, any tech level is acceptable as long as someone else is willing to accept it.
