I was wondering about how much religious rights issues plays a part in this game. My whole idea for this dicatatorship is to stamp out organized religion as much as is possible while at the same time enabling my citizens to live the rests of their life as they choose. Obviously a large military would be needed to protect my citizens from the threats of the religious zealots in the world, but it would be strictly used as a deterrant and defense. As it stands now (as far as I can tell), there are plenty of questions that come up about defense and people's rights, but nothing about stamping out the true threat... organized religion.

Does this issue ever come up during gameplay, and how can I find a group of like-minded nations to endorse?

Issues # 6, 58, 128, 172 and 196 are the most obviously religious and there are, I'm sure, more that I missed in my quick scan of the list.
