If a Regional Founder is also a UN delegate, and his/her region is "invaded" and the founder loses the Delegate status because he/she is ejected and banned, can they still access the regional control panel, despite the banning?

ooc: I'm not sure if this belongs in Gameplay(pretty sure, but not entirely sure that its suppose to be in Gameplay) or the UN sections, but not here.
In answer to your question thought, to the best of my knowladge the Founder can always access the regional controls of thier own region regardless of Delegate status or being banned from the region by a Delegate.
