I'm noticed that many nations don't begin with one of the mandated choices offered during nation creation (Holy Empire, Theocracy, Kingdom, etc.) I mean, how does one create a nation title like, "The Infinitely Holy Glass Case of Preserved Lenin"? Was there a previous version of NationStates that allowed this? Or perhaps is it an earned priviledge?

I'm just curious. Thanks.

At 500 million population

When the population of your nation reaches 500 million, go to your Settings page and you'll be able to type in a custom name.
