Hello, I am new to the UN and pretty new to NS.
I get the telegrams from other nations in a different Region, my question is... How do I determine which Region would be the best to join and which is not good to join?

And I guess the only good answer is, look at the regions you get ads for and pick the one you like best? :confused:
