When can you customize the nationality you are like Dictatorship of blah blah blah, i think you know wat i mean how do you customize the dictatorship part .
Is there a population count you must meet first to do so?
Also wat does the population count have to be to create issues? I heard 50 million but i thought i ask ppl that problay actually know.
