Good RP regions.
Any good recomenations? I'm not that good at it and I also just want a good rp experience. :D
Well if you are looking to learn good rping skills, find a just starting rp here in NS that you think you might enjoy and see if you can come up with a character that fits in and see if the GM will let you play.
I also advise reading the various rp's and learn the different styles players use, and adapt them to fit you.
Me, I'm far more a character RPer than a national rper / wargamer.

OOC: Region-wise, the only roleplay region I know of is 'Fatal Terrain', where Tanara and myself have our nations based. (I hope the Mods don't count that as a regional advertisement...)
Anyway, do you have a preferred genre of roleplaying?
You must not know of a lot of regions, then :)

As far as I know, Fatal Terrain focuses more on Character Roleplay, where stories are centered around a central cast of characters.
The other type I know about is what I call National Roleplay, where players roleplay the day-to-day business of running an entire nation. You get some of these here, of course, but most of them happen in International Incidents. As yet, I know of no region solely dedicated to National Roleplay, although there are alliances out there like METUS.
That's as far as I know. What have I missed? (and I know I've missed a lot)

Atlantian Oceania has an RP history which goes back nearly three years now of very active nations, many of which have never stepped foot in the International Incidents forum( though of course, others like Sarzonia who have been quite active there), instead all of it taking place off site on the AO Forums
If you're into Sports RP (ie: Hockey , football both kinds,) then AO is probablyt the best around. I just do Sports Rp so i dunno really about any other regions that Rp other things.

Well, if you're intersted in a diplomacy-type RP, I run an RP thread. We're not an actual region, per se, but you're welcome to check us out. The thread's on the International Incidents board, and is called Earth NA.

If your looking for Roleplaying, there is no region better than The Honor Guard for serious hardcore RPing. Beware we have laws that require activity and against godmodding, but our community is the best RPing that you will ever know.
