How do you make the underlined word that is a link to another page?
Do you mean how do you do this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=494387)?
If so, you can either quote this to see what the code looks like, or if you click the little Earth with the infinity type symbol on the bottom that is among the Jolt 'toolbar'.
