How do I select a UN delegate from my region? I'm the creator.

You don't "select" a delegate, whichever UN member in your region has the most endorsements at the update becomes the delegate, and as your region has only one nation it won't be getting a delegate.

You get endorsements from other UN members in your region, as you are the only nation in your region you cannot get any endorsements.

You cannot endorse anyone unless you are in the same region as they are.
