I'm currently a member of a place called ECW and I want to know how to make my own region. A link would be nice, or if someone'll please take the time to give me instructions, that would be highly appreaciated! Thanks for your help.

Click the link at the top of your regional page where it says:
"Tired of life in [your region]? Then move to a new region!"
You'll be taken to a page where there is a link to create a new region (the link reads: "[Create a New Region]")

How do I make a UN delegate?
your delegate is determined by who has the most UN endorsements in the region so you cant make one it is chosen by the UN members of the region
