The Phenixican Empire is willing to offer people protection if they join our region we are a powerful nation and if you join us we can be a powerful region. Just go to my nation's page and click on region i dont ask anything just to help me make the empire grow.
You Military forces will be added up and put into the Imperial Military and can be used in Imperial Campaigns.
Head of State is Emperor Belcameron II and will be required to be head of the Phenixican Empire your own leaders can be Advisors.
Head of Government is a rank held by a person his majesty has put a great amount of trust in.
Endorsement can only go to Phenixica unless we say otherwise.
