hey how can u make ur own REGION ... cuz i think i want to.. Cuz i want to join a personal one...... maybe ill join someones.. i suck but maybe if u want me. OK well please just answer me about making a new region..... thanks

Go to the page of your current region and click on the link that says, "Tired of life in <your region>? Then move to a new region!" From there, the directions are pretty self-explanitory.
