Hi!
I'm newbie and I founded a region called Lucca.
If i change region to another one and then i come back to Lucca, i will have again all the regional controls?
Or I'm going to lose them?
Thank you

Founders can't lose access to regional control to regions they founded.

However if a founder moves out of their region UN Delegate controls are automatically turned on.

Even if the founder is kick/banned from the region (stupid, yes, but it happens), they can still access Regional Controls even from outside the region. They can then change or remove the password and get back in. One would hope that they also kicked out the idiot Delegate that banned them.

Foundership doesn't go away even if your nation dies! Once you've asked for restoration, you're right back in again. One exception to this - if you've been dead or away long enough for the Delegate(s) to eject everyone and let the region die, it can be refounded under a new Founder. At that point, you have no right of ownership.

Also, if you're the only nation in your region, be careful about leaving it. I left my region once for a just a couple of minutes, and the NS update happened when my region was empty and it disappeared.
