Please. I need someone to help take out the delegate of 00000000000 (or also known as 11 O's.) I want to elect Dephire as the delegate. He was there before the new one. Heck, he was the delegate before Neutralia cheated with his own accounts to gain Delegateship. Please, if you can find it in your hearts, join the Region and vote Dephire as delegate. Please!
