i cant figure out how to make a repeal on a resolution within the UN

The first step for you is to obtain two endorsements, then look through the passed resolutions list and find the resolution that you want to repeal and click the link that says "Repeal this Resolution" type in your arguement and submit.
another tip is to post a draft in the UN forum, where it will be studied, torn to shreds, and then improvements might be suggested. :)
And another tip would be to post this in the right forum.
