Is there a limit for the GDP per capita, and how high is it?
No there is no limit. It depends on your Economy, Civil Rights, and Political Freedoms. I suppose if you reached the top of each category there wouldn't be anymore growth in your GDP, but that's a highly unlikely event.
One of my nations has a GDP per capita of $47,924.62, and has been as high as $47,998.84.
Which calculator are you using?

Hm. I'm slipping. Only at 46.8k
Anyway, assuming that the calculator is using similar formulae as 3rd Geek, Tracker, or Sunset, you can put the ceiling at 50k.
