Okay,
How do I trade and things with other nations.Is the issues the only way I can deal with changing my country, how do I find out how much stuff I have in the military etc?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Trading with other nations is done in Role play since there is no game macnic for it look at your nation description and see what you make, for instantes my nation is in Arms Manufactureing soooooooo I have lots of missiles and coponets to trade for say "killer fuzzy chocolatte bunny;s:
Issues; yes this is the way you inprove your nation but be carful and read the issue very carfuly some times it;s better to leave well enough alone and dismiss the issue
How much you have; I don't have the URL but there is an NS econemy site that track GNP etel... this gives you an idea on how much you Role play the streagth of your military and so on ;) ;) ;) Hope this helps some.

OK look at your nation info say your nation major industry is lemon aide ( I don't know I have not been there) so you Role Play that your nation has had a bumper crop of lemons and you have to sell them or they rot then let say I have old XZ239 missile componet B sitting on storage shelfs collecting dust.
You role play a trade nigosiator that wants my coponets for your lemons, but, I won't trade unless you throw in some 13 year old boys to sell the lemon aide I plan to make with the lemons.
Once the deal is done you post the outcome on your region forum or in the role play forum here I do about the same on my region message board.
