How do you create your own region?

Go to your region's page, click on the "Tired of life in blahblah? Then move to a new region!" link.
Then click the Create your Own region link.
Click "move to a new region" when you are on your regional page (hit location on your nation page to get to the regional page).
on "change region page", click "create new region"
enter name of new region and assorted information.
