Welcome, nations of New Britannia! I am His Majesty, the King of the New Britannian Empire. Founder and UN delegate of New Britannia. I have called this meeting to address some of the problems within our great region that may pull us apart. This meeting is now in session. First, I would like to address the dangered population. I sense many within our population will soon cease to exist due to lack of operation within their nation. When governments do not act within their nations, the citizens overthrow the government and the country becomes and anarchy and ceases to exist. This problem must be stopped. I have noticed that many nations have not been active for many days. I can do nothing to stop this, but I can recruit new nations to keep this region going. I have delegated this task to our new Recruiting Office, New_RomanRussia. I will leave the floor to our new Recruit office.
