Can I start my own region? If yes, then how?
Yes, all you have to do is click on your current region then click the button the says "Move to another region", or something to that effect. Then give it a name, a description, and decide if you want it passworded or if you want UN delegates controlling it.

For those nations who are just starting, you are welcome in the 'Anti Software Monopoly League'. And yes, I do have connections to the region (I am the founder), but I would also like to point out that we are not a region of large nations (most having a population of about 30 million at time of posting. The benefit of being in a small region of small nations is you ultimately have more power, as 1 vote can easily decide the delegate.

Is the ASML a region, or can anyone stay in their region but still join?
