I've had this region in NS for a while. It's called LOUD, which stands for the Legion Of Unrestricted Democracy. It was made when some friends of mine and I moved away from this other region whose leader was becoming quite the despot. We have about 65 nations but we're shrinking every day. :headbang:
So here's my question; how can we recruiters and leaders be more affetive? Any tips/success stories you want to brag about?
