I get two issues per day. Until recently they updated at 1:00 am and 3:00 pm(north american central time). It seems they don't update that way anymore?

ya ive noticed it being updated at different time too.

Upgrade timing is affected by many factors, including uptime and server load. There have been issues with both lately, in my personal non-admin-ly experience.
