I don't know how the foreign Politics works: All I do is respond to Issues... I have also seen buttons for regional change or UN joining, but that's all...

what's the matter with Region or UN? How cai I interact with other nactions?

Once you join the UN, in your region you can vote for delegate. Or if you want, you can also join an invader or defender group and use your UN nation to play that NS version of war.

But most nation interaction comes from people posting things to each other. There's no direct way to affect the stats of another's nation.
