I am ranked 103,641st in the world, which contains 116,223 nations, for world's nicest citizens...:eek:
What am I doing wrong here?
Is this nicest as in best looking appearance or nicest as in most polite and pleasant or both.

I understand it as polite, generous, gentle, kind.
I don't know why yours are not... the "hard-nosed" part, probably. The huge spendings on law&order may make them more in a violence/fear state of mind instead in a gentle/caring state of mind.
But I don't know enough about your country or the inner working of NS to say for sure.
