Hello, fellow United Otter Emirates people! (If you're not a member of the United Otter Emirates, what are you waiting for? Free punch and pie to the first 100 new nationstates!)

I suggest an annual festival to celebrate the founding of our great alliance, and to honor the Otter, the most noble of beasts. There should be naked dancing, bonfires, and, of course, punch and pie.

Where do I get the punch and pie again? That's the only reason I joined.

The Issue
A loose coalition of sartorially-challenged individuals known as "Let It All Hang Out" has called on the government to relax public nudity laws.

The government is preparing to dismiss this issue.
