I have a question, whats the best way to damage someone elses country without breaking the rules? I know its been done before. Theres this pompous rival of mine whose threatening my power. :mp5:
Go to his house and cut his LAN line.

Think all strategic and tactical, and always be specific (some guy once said he fired on "a Boozian ship", so I said it was an unimportant escort. Apart from that, the best IC wayis often, I find, massacreing all civilians and leveling all settlements.

It depends on what tech scale your talking about, its all based on freeform role play, If you say My b-52 drops bombs on industral targets, then the other player if he was reasonable would have to take hits, and or a few of his factories would be destoryed, it works the same for every other target, you just have to say what your shooting at and In some cases what your shooting, and the other player should take hits.
However some players will say they cant be dammaged or hit or any thing of that matter for this that or the other reason, just ignore them and try to rp as reasonable as you can.
