Say no more! I, Gondeau, along with the help of future apprentices, will make your map for you, and at no cost! Want to know more? We would like you to create a map for us, thanks. Our nation is the shape of Cuba with a few smaller islands surrounding it! Is this possible???

Actually there was a map making service for a while.

Peng-Pau ran it primarily, I contributed a bit.

I quickly ran into a commission which was too frusturating, and simply stalled until they stopped asking.

Yeah, not nice but I was 15 and didn't know how to handle it.

This all would have been September of '03, I believe, seeing as I was working on the map in Montreal, and I came back from that trip to find that Siro and TG had been modded. Hmm, had my first computer then. Odd, I've lost that one and the new on in that span of time, now have yet anohter one.

Long gone, but any rate, you're not the first.

Did you know that in any vector program you can make physical maps using layers for the rivers and lakes and the burn, dodge, and tintbrush to indicate elevation?

They turn out really nice, but they're really a pain to do though, which may be why I quit doing it.

Good luck anywhen.

Luke
