What are the feeder regions? I hear this term a great deal, but I still do not know what it is.

Whoever responds can you please list a few feeder regions, as I am trying to instill life into my dead and dying region, and I would like to recruit some people.

Many Thanks

Feeder regions are the regions that new nations are spawned into, so: The Pacific, The North Pacific, The South Pacific, The West Pacific and The East Pacific. Two other regions fall under the same rules as feeder regions as they are game-created and have similar limits to Delegate authority: Lazarus (were revived nations are sent to) and The Rejected Realms (where ejected nations go to). Both Laz and The RR are further limited in that the Delegate cannot kick nations.

With the new system, I don't see why the delegate of Lazarus can't do the kick without ban now..

Also, Lazarus and The Rejected Realms are also sometimes called the sinkers

With the new system, I don't see why the delegate of Lazarus can't do the kick without ban now.Probably because it's easier to simply block the whole thing as opposed to part of it.

So I am allowed to recruit at these 8 places only?

Yes, unless a Founder specifically declares otherwise.
