Very simple. Check out the various storefronts, and either post in their thread, or TG 'em what you want. They'll respond, and then you post or TG your payment(All Roleplay of course). Of course for your small arms buying I'd suggest*SHAMELESS PLUG WARNING*Imperial Palentine Amalgamated Arms (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=447518). We look to expand in the near future, with a few new products.

To be totally fair, you can also check out Hotrodia's Handy Dandy Storefronts List. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=380381) IPAA specializes in mostly small arms. We don't sell planes, tanks, ect. We're listed as Palentine Arms.

of course, the first step is to pick a tech level. do you want to equip your soldiers with animal skins and pointy sticks, or unobtanium alloy singularity mechaplate and quantum string inverter microcannons?
or, more likely, something in between the two.
just look around, and don't be afraid to ask about package deals.
