They move constantly from region to region, yet never say anything or add anything of value to the regions they pass through... it really begs the question, "What is the point?!"

I think I remember reading many moons ago that the NationStates Bunny was given special dispensation from the scripting rules.

Weird, I had fun tracknig them down for about 30 minutes when I was bored. Then I lost bunny in a region that was being invaded.
