Who needs democracy, when you've got an emperor? Anyone is capable of becoming an emperor, even you. Your nation's size or regional influence is totally irrelevant to if you'll become emperor or not. And unlike other regions, an emperor can be there for life, if he or she plays his/her cards right or be there for only a day. As emperor your vote on an issue is worth 1/3 the votes, and makes you automatic regional delegate.
All are welcome, and everyone who joins will be part of the government body of the region, even if they don’t become the emperor. So far we don’t have a lot of members, yet if more people join, we can start the governmental body. Please just take a couple of seconds to at least visit the website before you ignore this message. 2) Type “Who shall be emperor” into the “Find Region” box
3) Click on “Like What You See? Move [Your Nation] to Who shall be emperor!”
4) And congratulations you are now a member of Who shall be emperor!
