1. Who becomes the Delegate when two nations have the same number of endorsements? Is it the same as in the old system?

2. I want to make a new nation but it says the name is reserved for a former nation. Will the name ever become available again?

3. What time of the day does the system retally the votes for UN delegation?

Thanks!

1) the nation who has been in the region longer
2) it's possible, but not likely. i believe they started to let old nation names start to be reused, but not all of them at once.
3)6-8am GMT

There was a handful of names released (around 10-15) to test the release code. We're having difficulty getting the release to work properly with Jolt. Since we can't bend their code over and violate it horribly (like we did with the old forums*), things are a little more complicated. Since the code isn't working right (and, well, this whole influence thing) it's been backburnered for now. When we can get it to work, expired nations that aren't A) former Mod names, B) deleted nations, or C) 'Maxtopia', will be released automatically, once they've been dead for a long enough period of time (18 months, I believe).

*it was once remarked that the old forums barely resembled php at all by the time [violet] and [dredd] were done with it

So that means names like 'England' and 'Wales' will be released?

Were any of the names that were released re-used?

One last question Hack...what about infamous players who weren't deleted?

For example ex-Feeder Delegates, e.g Francos Spain, UPS Rail, Twoslit, Thedoc and InfernoIce?

Couldn't tell ya. As far as I know, there's no plans to restrict those names.

i have some questions that i am completely clueless about.

first of all, wat i write in threads (Rp), does it do anything to economy stats?? suppose i say i found gold in my country, will it inturn improve my economy. Then i saw another nation, declaring it had oil or sth, and then within the next few days he claims that he has enuf money with new resources, and then goes on to declare that with the money he has bought this massive army (which might as well beat GWBush)... its a new nation, and i checked, its defence budget is less than 10B... lastly, is there stats or points for how many threads u put in (RP bonus, what is that???) oh, just the last one, how do allocate more money to defense or eg, public transport if such issues were not offered??

any other tips for economic improvement is welcomed.

No, RP doesn't get factored into economic stats.

There's are only two ways of helping your economy. Choosing the economic options on issues and staying out of the U.N.

If I'm wrong about the U.N someone please correct me.

As far as the UN goes, it depends on the resolutions that pass -- in particular, the categories of those resolutions. "Social Justice" resolutions, for instance, tend to negatively impact national economies, whereas (to pick an obvious one) "Advancement of Industry" resolutions boost national economies.
