But basically I'm checking my nation out, and I see this "regional influence" thing that I hadn't noticed before.


Anyone know what this is? It's "powerbroker" now. No idea what that is.

I'm not sure what each of the titles/designations means exactly, but it's a new game mechanic that replaces the previous rules on dealing with regional invasions.

Powerbroker means you're powerful in your region.
