okay I am WAY new at this game and, no offense, but I see nothing to do! There must be more to this game! Can someone please help me out? I just need to be directed towards fun lol!!!

The UN forum is largely debating and definations of proposals, if thats your cup of tea go with it! Spam is not tolerated here on the NS forums so I hope the previous poster was joking, but nonetheless, dont listen to him.
If you want to start roleplaying your nation, you can do this by checking out the NationStates or International Incidents pages on the NS forums. Or you could join a roleplaying region (like mine) in which we RP our nations on offsite forums.
NationStates is all about what you make of it, so make of it what you will.

I can help. By experience with my country, I know all about NationStates.;) First off, there are the issues, which help your country evolve. You can change the amount of issues you get in Settings. And then there's the United Nations, which you can join if you supply an e-mail address. It's cool, 'cause you get to vote for stuff!:eek: More coming soon.

You could get into a war, join GASN (I'm part of it), get into a war with me, build an army (buy it from me!), etc. Run your nation!
